Directors Roundtable – Rebuilding & Restoring a Sense of Community

During this training, directors will reflect on staff morale and its importance in creating a sense of center community and collaboration, which can directly impact children and families. How has the pandemic impacted staff morale? What strategies can we use to rebuild and restore a strong sense of community within our centers?

This workshop is free thanks to the generous sponsorship by the Jefferson County Community Early Childhood Council through a grant from the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood.

This training will be conducted via Zoom, and you will be required to participate via video and audio through a computer, phone, or tablet. All classes are on Eastern Standard Time.
