Directors Roundtable – Self-Care for Early Childhood Professionals

We are in the middle of some unprecedented times in so many ways! 2020 has sure thrown us for a loop. As directors, we have had to make decisions we have never thought about and care for people in ways we never dreamed. But have we taken care of ourselves? Join us at this Directors Roundtable to discover the importance of self-care, develop your own customized self-care plan and determine the steps for putting your plan into action. This roundtable format will allow us to participate in rich discussions and develop relationships that will help us all feel supported. Directors Roundtables in November and December will focus on different aspects of self care and your self-care plan.

This workshop is free thanks to the generous sponsorship by the Jefferson County Community Early Childhood Council through a grant from the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood.

This training will be conducted via Zoom, and you will be required to participate via video and audio through a computer, phone, or tablet.
