Family Child Care Community of Practice Session 5: The Balancing Act of Self Care
This course provides in-home providers with strategies on how to take care of themselves in order to be their best selves for their students and to avoid provider burnout. These strategies help providers take care of themselves within multiple aspects of their lives including healthier habits for bringing work home. This COP is for in-home child care providers only.
The Family Child Care Community of Practice will meet monthly on the third Tuesday from 6:00-8:00 pm EST. The cost is free. Each COP is approved for 2 hours of ECE-TRIS credit.
