From Head to Heart: Nurturing Child and Educator Well-Being
March 5 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
- This event has passed.
Facilitator: Abigail Black
During this training, participants will explore the many dimensions of child health and well-being. Participants will examine what well-being looks like in each developmental domain for young children, learn practical strategies to support it through daily routines and caregiving practices, and reflect on how educator wellness directly impacts the children in their care. Through discussion, reflection, and hands-on activities, attendees will leave with concrete tools to promote healthy development, positive relationships, and thriving learning environments for both children and themselves.
This workshop is free thanks to the generous sponsorship by the Jefferson County Regional Collaborative through a grant from the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood.
