A family child care provider’s life is full of challenging verbal communications. While the thought of having difficult conversations might be daunting, by preparing for them, you’ll be confident to handle them in a timely and professional manner.
Notice: This is an online class. Please make sure you include a valid email address when registering and that you have internet and email access at the time of the training. This training will be conducted via Zoom, and you will be required to participate via video and audio through a computer, phone, or tablet. All classes are on Eastern Standard Time.
