Notice: This is an online class. We are suspending our face to face classes until the current social distancing restrictions have been lifted. In order to continue to provide training opportunities, we are offering a variety of distance learning opportunities.  Please make sure you include a valid email address when registering and that you have internet and email access at the time of the training. This training will be conducted via Zoom.

By practicing mindfulness you can become more in tune with your feelings and how to process them. Participants will learn new techniques and advantages on how to incorporate mindfulness in their daily life and in the classroom.
