Please join us for a 2 hour session on the power of play. Play is an important component of human development. Research has shown that play is essential to our health and well-being. Discover the value of play and the significant benefits that play adds to our health and wellness. Learn about the rapid brain development occurring in the first three years of life and how play supports healthy brain development. During the session we will discuss the developmental milestones that occur in infancy and through the toddler years (specifically birth to three years old). By the end of session, you will have gained greater knowledge about the value of play and will have ideas, strategies, and approaches to enhance play experiences for babies and toddlers.
