Reflecting Children’s Work with Math Part 3

May 17, 2021 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

  • This event has passed.

This training will engage participants in reflection of their classroom practices and how the relationship with math is alive. Teachers will discuss how they have seen math play a role in all aspects of the classroom. Participants will also gain a better understanding of the role that the teacher plays in providing opportunities to children that allow for complex math concepts to be explored by the child. (Completion of Math Part 1 and 2 not required to attend.)

This workshop is free thanks to the generous sponsorship by the Jefferson County Community Early Childhood Council through a grant from the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood.

Notice: This is an online class.  Please make sure you include a valid email address when registering and that you have internet and email access at the time of the training. This training will be conducted via Zoom, and you will be required to participate via video and audio through a computer, phone, or tablet.
