Reflections From Reggio Emilia

The Reggio Emilia Approach is gaining popularity in the US as an innovative method of educating young children. Its focus on a strong image of children as competent drivers of their own learning, the classroom environment as the third teacher, and teachers as researchers resonates with many early childhood professionals. In this training, you will hear from a panel of trainers, coaches, and teachers who recently returned from a study tour to the town of Reggio and its schools. They will share reflections of their own learning from this experience and lead us in discussion of how we can dive deeper into Reggio Emilia principles in our own classrooms and centers.

Notice: This is an online class.  Please make sure you include a valid email address when registering and that you have internet and email access at the time of the training. This training will be conducted via Zoom, and you will be required to participate via video and audio through a computer, phone, or tablet. All classes are on Eastern Standard Time.
