Screen Time. Turn off the TV and go outside!

In the session, Screen time –  turn off your TV and go outside, we will learn about the latest research on the impact of overexposure to technology specifically focusing on the young children we serve. We will generate ideas and practical solutions for things teachers can do with children instead of using television and/or screens including the value of outdoor experiences and hands-on learning. We will also explore age-appropriate practices of screen use.

Notice: This is an online class.  Please make sure you include a valid email address when registering and that you have internet and email access at the time of the training. This training will be conducted via Zoom, and you will be required to participate via video and audio through a computer, phone, or tablet.
