The Strengthening Business Practices for Child Care Programs training series addresses basic concepts in fiscal and operational management of center-based child care programs. These trainings are grounded in the belief that strong and sustainable child care businesses can support program initiatives aimed at improving outcomes for children. This session will focus on budgeting, planning, and projections specifically for child care businesses. Learn the value of developing a budget and how to use it for decision-making throughout the year. We will discuss how to project business costs and to plan strategically for future goals.
Strengthening Business Practices is an online series. In registering for this class, you are registering for the entire four-part series. We will meet once a month for four months. Participation in all four sessions is required.

Notice: This is an online class. Please make sure you include a valid email address when registering and that you have internet and email access at the time of the training. This training will be conducted via Zoom, and you will be required to participate via video and audio through a computer, phone, or tablet. All classes are on Eastern Standard Time.
