The Strengthening Business Practices for Child Care Programs training series addresses basic concepts in the fiscal and operational management of center-based child care programs. This training is grounded in the belief that strong and sustainable child care businesses can support programs to improve children’s outcomes. This session will cover the first two modules of the series: Module I. Budgets, Projections, and Planning and Module II. Financial Reports and Internal Controls.
Strengthening Business Practices is a two-part training series. In registering for this class, you are registering for both sessions. We will meet once a month for two months. Participation in both sessions is required.
Session 1: Saturday, January 28 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (in person)
Session 2: Saturday, February 18 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (in person)
