The Strengthening Business Practices for Child Care Programs training series addresses basic concepts in the fiscal and operational management of family child care homes and center-based child care programs. This training is grounded in the belief that strong and sustainable child care businesses can support programs to improve childrenās outcomes. The 4 sessions will cover the following: Module I. Budgets, Projections, and Planning, Module II. Financial Reports and Internal Controls, Module III.Ā Marketing, and Module IV. Recruiting and Retaining Staff.
Strengthening Business Practices is a 4-part training series. In registering for this class, you are registering for ALL sessions. We will meet every other Tuesday beginning July 18, 2023. Participation in ALL sessions is required.
