The ABC’s of Sleep: Why Quality Sleep is Important to Your Health and Well-Being

Sleep is one of the best things you can do for your overall health and well-being. Together we will explore and learn about the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of getting a healthy night’s sleep. We will learn about the benefits of quality sleep and the impact of chronic sleep loss on your health and ways to monitor and increase the quality of nightly sleep.

This workshop is free thanks to the generous sponsorship by the Jefferson Regional Collaborative Council through a grant from the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood.
