Today we honored Janet Masterson, former 4-C Executive Director and life long child advocate, for her dedication to improving the lives of children across Kentucky. We at 4-C know that we wouldn’t be where we are today without Janet’s leadership and passion. She has taught us all what it truly means to advocate for children and to move forward with a solid vision. Our outdoor sensory garden is dedicated to Janet and her vision for early childhood.
