Heart-Centered Interactions with Infants & Toddlers

A teacher’s style of interaction with infants and toddlers sets the tone for closeness and safety. One-on-one time with each child every day helps build meaningful connection and attachment, which allows teachers to read and respond to babies’ cues. Continuity, taking one’s time, and enjoying the journey all support both teacher and child.

This course is an interactive e-learning experience, and participants will need access to a computer or tablet that is connected to the internet. You will complete this module at your own pace, working through a variety of activities (videos, articles, short-answer responses, assignments, quizzes, etc.).
