By reading this book and completing the following course, participants will: learn to distinguish between temper tantrums and meltdowns, learn techniques to de-escalate a meltdown, and be able to create and implement a prevention plan for specific children based on their behaviors and backgrounds. Participants will choose a specific strategy from the book and implement it within their classroom, observing and reporting on its effectiveness.

Participants are responsible for obtaining the books either from the public library or by purchasing their own books. The price covers only the cost of the training module and credit hours.
