Maintaining a commitment to professionalism when working with infants and toddlers is important for the health, safety and well-being of the children being served. The professionalism a staff member demonstrates will have an impact on the development of the infants or toddlers in their care as well as impact their relationships with families and colleagues.
Staff members working with infants and toddlers can demonstrate professionalism in a variety of ways. This training will cover topics such as attire, attitude, accountability, communication, and knowledge.
This course is an interactive e-learning experience, and participants will need access to a computer or tablet that is connected to the internet. You will complete this module at your own pace, working through a variety of activities (videos, articles, short-answer responses, assignments, quizzes, etc.).
