Reflective Supervision and Leadership in Infant and Early Childhood programs illustrates the foundations and frameworks of reflective practice and outlines ways to support reflective supervision in a wide variety of settings. In this book study and eCourse, participants will read the book Reflective Supervision and Leadership in Infant and Early Childhood Programs, as well as watch engaging videos that explores the topic of program leadership. Participants will reflect and answer questions regarding reflective supervision and leadership. Participants will brainstorm strategies for having a regular and protected time for supervision.

Participants are responsible for obtaining the books either from the public library or by purchasing their own books. The price covers only the cost of the training module and credit hours.
