This course provides and overview of the Reggio Emilia Approach including some key elements of the approach. You will be challenged to consider new ways of understanding how children learn and how teachers teach in this approach which will deepen your practice as an educator. Key elements of the Reggio Approach include: A strong Image of the Child, The Environment as the 3rd Teacher, and the Hundred Languages of Children.

This course is an interactive e-learning experience, and participants will need access to a computer or tablet that is connected to the internet. You will complete this module at your own pace, working through a variety of activities (videos, articles, short-answer responses, assignments, quizzes, etc.).
