What is Your Leadership Style?

How does your leadership style impact your ability to work with your staff toward a common goal and the vision that you hold for your center? Reflect on the strengths your style brings to the table and learn how to recognize and support the strengths of others on your team.

This course is an interactive e-learning experience, and participants will need access to a computer or tablet that is connected to the internet. You will complete this module at your own pace, working through a variety of activities (videos, articles, short-answer responses, assignments, quizzes, etc.).
