The Strengthening Business Practices for Child Care Programs training series addresses basic concepts in the fiscal and operational management of center-based child care programs. This training is grounded in the belief that strong and sustainable child care businesses can support programs to improve children’s outcomes. This session will cover the last two modules of the series: Module III: Marketing Your Program and Module IV: Recruiting/ Retaining Staff.
Strengthening Business Practices is a two-part training series. Registering for the first session also registers you for this session. Click here to register for this class. We will meet once a month for two months. Participation in both sessions is required.
